     Twenty pristine tables covered in white with golden Byzantine Cross centerpieces towering majestically on each one. Blue chairs enhanced the flower-bordered blue plates, adding panache to the blue and white theme.
     This was the setting for Lodge 92' s 2008 First Corporate Communion class of the Holy Ghost Byzantine Catholic Church, Jessup , PA. This yearly event sponsored by Lodge 92 hosted twelve communicants and their families on May 3, 2008 .
    Lodge auditor, Helen Wartko, as 2nd grade CCD teacher takes command of enlightening the children each year. With such a large class her skills were certainly pushed to the limits. But as you can see in the picture "NOTHING BUT ANGELS".
    At the dinner, each Communicant received a gift of a cross and a "Rememberance Book" from the Lodge. An added touch of picture frames adorned with crosses and a religious symbol were donated by Michaela Mancak, secretary-treasurer, in honor of her grandson who received with the class.
    Nothing is more reassuring to our Lodge than the knowledge of a good "BYZANTINE BOOST" to our youth. MAY GOD BLESS THEM ALL!!!
