     On Father’s Day, Sunday, June 15, 2008 , South Side Lodge 28 held its annual Flag Day ceremony. Following morning liturgy at St. John the Baptist, everyone was invited to enjoy the buffet that the lodge provided. Following the meal and hand-outs from the Home Office, a short program was held. In addition to reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, the cantors of the parish led the group in singing several patriotic songs in English and Slavonic.
